Maintenance

Maintenance is a critical element in the smooth operation of many businesses and particularly those where essential plant is running 24/7 or where the operation of a particular system is essential to the running of the business or the welfare of employees, customers or residents.

Planned Maintenance

Planned Maintenance allows businesses to regularly check and maintain systems in proper working order, rather than waiting for errors to occur which then need costly and inconvenient repairs.

Phase offers a comprehensive Planned Maintenance Program (PMP). Be it for a new installation Phase have carried out or an existing installation. We can agree a programme with you which will not only keep everything in top working order but also minimise disruption, for example, shutting down equipment out of hours or carrying out maintenance with temporary equipment in place whilst fixed equipment is checked, serviced or repaired.

We use the latest technology including thermal imaging, where appropriate, to ensure inspections reveal any underlying problems that might otherwise be missed.

Phase has invested in an up to date, industry recognised computerised record system which holds all test report data and allows us to plan periodic inspections. This information is backed up regularly and relevant parts of the reports can be emailed to clients as required. Our aim is to assist facilities managers and businesses to keep track of the required maintenance of all systems and avoid emergencies or serious plant failures.

Reactive Maintenance

Even with the best planning and careful maintenance, from time to time things do go wrong. Phase has an experienced team of fully trained electricians, particularly in the London area, who can react quickly to any electrical problems which may arise.
