Our approach
Our approach to each project is to ensure the right Phase team members with the
right skills and qualifications are matched to your needs. On major
installations, our Managers are very much ‘hands-on’ which means you will always
have one of our Directors involved right through each project. For smaller
projects we will ensure an electrician with the exact skills required handles
the project. We tailor the level of expertise required to maximise value for
money for you. In addition, through experience of many varied installations, we
are aware of the need to keep disruption to ongoing business or residents to a
minimum. We work closely with our clients to ensure all installations are
completed in the most efficient way, being sensitive to our clients needs and
anyone who may be affected by the work in progress.
Installation Maintenance
As well as the initial installation, Phase is fully qualified and organised to
carry out post implementation inspections and on-going maintenance. We work with
clients over the long term and we believe in building a working relationship
built on trust. We maintain detailed records of all the work we carry out and
make this available for our clients at all times, should the need arise or if

NICEIC Approved
NICEIC is the electrical contracting industry’s independent voluntary body for
electrical installation matters throughout the UK. They offer industry-leading
certification services, Building Regulations Schemes, products and support to
electrical contractors and many other trades within the construction industry.
Phase is committed to meeting and exceeding the NICEIC requirements. These
standards set out the basic requirements for contractors to ensure work is
carried out by competent engineers to industry recognised standards, using
suitable materials that confirm to British Standards.
